LED Lamps Client Service:

Thank you for buying products from Berly, to protect our customers’ rights and ensure excellent after-sale service of Berly, we make the service terms and conditions according to the related laws of China.

Warranty Period:

24 months (LED Flexible Strip, LED Downlight, LED Tube, Full Color LED Display,), 36 months (LED Bulb, LED Street Lamp) after the shipment.

LED Lamps Client Service Scope:

A. The defects are caused by the hardware faults and manufacturing faults under correct operation.

B. The following conditions are not in our LED Lamps Client Service Scope.

1. The LED Lamps are not from Berly;

2. The defects are beyond the Warranty Period;

3. The products have been changed by the third parts, which are not authorized by Berly;

4. The defects are caused by the improper operation;

5. The defects are caused by accident;

6. The defects are caused by other conditions, which are not due to the fault of Berly.

Client Service Procedure:

Our customers should ship the LED Lamps defects to us as following procedures. If not, Berly is not responsible for the reparation or replacement of defects.

1. Make sure the LED Lamps are our products and within warranty;

2. Send LED Lamps Client Service details first by Fax or E-mail;

3. We will assign a Client Service number to customer within 3 days;

4. Send out the shipment with one week to us in freight prepaid;

5.  We will check the arrived defects and send our confirmation within 2 days of the Client Service arrival;

6. The repairing period is normally in two weeks, if the defects cannot be returned on time, we will inform our customer and provide another solution;

7.  We will send out the repaired LED Lamps to customer in bearing the freight; 

Surcharge Scope:

1. The defects beyond warranty period;

2. The replacement for shell, or accessories. 

Other Important points:

1. Berly has the right to choose reparation and replacement for the defects;

2. Berly will only replace products with same model and specification as defects.
